REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All tickets sold through nexlabgroup.com are considered final sales.

By purchasing a ticket for any of our events, the customer agrees that no cancellations, returns or refunds will be issued except where required under applicable German or European Union law.

In the event of an official cancellation of the event by the organizer, the ticket holder may receive:

• a partial or full refund, or

• automatic transfer of the ticket to a rescheduled date.

The resolution will depend on operational circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:

• personal scheduling conflicts,

• transportation issues,

• denied entry due to inappropriate behavior,

• violation of venue rules,

• intoxication,

• loss of ticket,

• customer purchase mistakes,

• changes to line-up, artists, schedules or programming.

We reserve the right of admission to all events.

Tickets are issued solely for entertainment purposes and access to the specified event.
