Purchasing a ticket grants access only to the specified event and does not create any additional rights beyond event admission.

All attendees must comply with:

  • venue policies,

  • security requirements,

  • local laws,

  • internal event regulations.

We reserve the right of admission and removal from the venue.

Entry may be denied without refund in cases involving:

  • aggressive behavior,

  • violence,

  • discrimination,

  • harassment,

  • possession of illegal substances,

  • violation of venue policies,

  • severe intoxication.

Event schedules, artists, line-ups, areas and programming may change without prior notice.

nexlabgroup.com acts solely as a promotional and ticketing platform.

Venues, security operators, technical staff, organizers and associated partners remain independently responsible for their own operations, licenses, permits, insurance coverage and legal compliance under applicable German law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nexlabgroup.com shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses,

  • personal injuries caused by third parties,

  • lost or stolen items,

  • incidents occurring inside or outside the venue,

  • operational interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited under German or European Union law.
